High Temperature Alloy

◆1J50 has a rectangular hysteresis loop and high saturation magnetic induction. It is mainly used in magnetic field amplifiers, choke coils, rectifier coils, and computer device components working in medium magnetic fields.

◆1J79 has a high initial magnetic permeability, and is suitable for various transformers, transformers, magnetic amplifiers, choke cores and magnetic shields working in weak magnetic fields.

◆3J53 has a low frequency temperature coefficient in the range of -40-80°C, and is used for the vibrator in the mechanical filter, the reed of the vibration relay and other components.

◆4J29(F15) has a linear thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of hard glass within a certain temperature range, and is used for matching with hard glass in the vacuum industry.

◆4J36 is a special low-expansion iron-nickel alloy with ultra-low expansion coefficient, which is used in the environment requiring extremely low expansion coefficient.

◆4J42 is mainly used in the manufacture of electric vacuum devices, precision instruments, astronomical geodetic equipment with high stability requirements, etc.
